Blake earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, and his Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He went on to complete a master's degree as a family nurse practitioner at Chamberlain College of Nursing.

Blake maintains his advanced nursing credentials with continuing education. He is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner and has completed advanced training in all areas of orthopedic care. Blake enjoys helping people achieve improved musculoskeletal function with less ongoing pain.
