Even though going to an Orthopedic Surgeon is not my favorite thing to do on a Fri . . . If I have to go to one it will always be Dr. Kenneth Martin. Always a positive experience from reception to medical professionals to the doctor himself.

From the minute I walked in the door I was at ease. The front desk staff was amazing, the x-ray tech was extremely kind, the MA and PA were both friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Baxter listened and let me help make the decision on how to proceed with my care. To be honest in today’s world this visit was an absolute breath of fresh air. Felt like I had turned back the clock to when doctors and their staff actually cared. Thank you all for such a great experience. It eased my anxiety.

Minimal waiting period to see doctor. Dr Baxter very attentive to my issues, sat down and viewed and explained the x-rays. Gave options and answered all my questions. He spent more than ample time with me.

Very good discussion about my knees.
Gave me brace to but on my knee done 10 years ago and knee cap died. Wouldn’t stay in place. Tried 2 different ones. Slide down to my ankle regardless of how tight I wrapped it. But will talk with Dr Martin again and maybe can do something else.

Everyone at Martin Orthopedics are always kind, professional and treat me with respect. I had a knee replacement 3 years ago. Now the other knee is barely holding on. With steroid shots in that knee, I can hold off on surgery until I have enough time built up at work to be off. I appreciate how they have helped me to survive a situation that at times was unbearable but perfect now. I have been other places that I was not sure what they were injecting in my knee and did not help at all. Thank you Chris and Dr. Martin for excellent care!
